We are one of the suppliers of super insulated Cryogenic storage and transport vessels, Cryogenic Tanks of capacity from 100 to 20000 (20KL) litres. for cryogenic liquefied gases (Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon).

Vacuum Jacketed Lines And Transfer Tube:

Super insulated Vacuum-Jacketed piping are used for the transport of cryogenic fluids mainly Liquid Nitrogen, Liquid oxygen, Liquid Argon, LNG, Liquid CO2, Liquid Hydrogen and Liquid Helium service. The piping systems are produced as rigid and as flexible bellows sections. We also provide Vacuum Jacketed Cryogenic Valves and Bayonet joints for Super insulated VJ lines. Each Vacuum Insulated Piping system is custom designed for efficient transfer of cryogenic liquid at pressures up to 20 Barg or greater. Our piping features double wall construction that has an inner pipe for the transfer of cryogenic liquids and an outer pipe to support and retain the vacuum insulation. The inner and outer pipe is constructed of 304 stainless steel. Insulation is multilayer insulation (MLI) which is made of Aluminium foil and superfine fibreglass paper. With extensive quality control and the use of a helium mass spectrometer(MSLD) test for every welded joint, SIVL systems enjoy a long field life. Vacuum Jacketed Pipe is 50 times more effective than conventional foam insulated tubes in preventing heat leak to the inner line carrying Cryogenic fluid, and vacuum lasts for more than 10 years in the field/process operation. All internationally recognised low temperature/cryogenic and critical valve test standards mainly BS-6364 can be carried out professionally with maximum efficiency and safety. We can also do Fugitive Emission testing of Cryogenic valves at cryogenic Temperatures. Up to 8″ size Globe, Gate, Ball or Check valves can be accommodated also all type like Manual, EP and Control Valve.
