KF Components:
The Kwik-Flange™ ISO KF flange system is ideally suited for applications requiring rapid and frequent assembly and disassembly. Kwik-Flange™ ISO KF components are an economical system of reusable interfacing stainless steel vacuum fittings for tube sizes ranging from KF10 to KF50.

ISO Components:
The ISO flange (also called Large ISO) is used for High Vacuum chamber ports and is available in two distinct styles; ISO-K which uses clamp fasteners and ISO-F which uses nut and bolt fasteners. A variety of bolt/clamp options permit joints between mixed ISO-K and -F flanges.
They are available in standard tube sizes from DN63 ISO-K to DN630 ISO-K.

CF Components:
CF (ConFlat) flanges is a result of a unique seal design and geometry which uses OFHC copper gasket as sealing material. The CF (ConFlat) flange is the most widely used for high vacuum and UHV applications.
They are available in both rotatable and fixed geometries with clearance or threaded bolt holes, and for standard tube sizes from DN 16CF to DN 350CF.
Zero length reducer for CF flanges is also available.

Adapters and Reducers:
We provide all transitions and reducers to have interchangeability between CF, KF and ISO.
Vacuum Bellows:
There are two type of vacuum bellows products. “Flexible Hoses” can be bent, but not be compressed. The other type is “Flexible Bellows Connections.” This type can be bent and compressed.
Thin wall design provides maximum flexibility. Axial Deflection: +15%/-25% of free length. Corrects misaligned connections and Provides vibration isolation.

High/ Ultra High Vacuum chambers/system:
INDUS vacuum and cryogenic systems’ Standard Line of Chambers consists of Spherical, Cylindrical and D-Shaped Configurations.
They are available in Stainless Steel 304, 304L, 316 S.S.
They are supplied with Electro polished surface finish with Mounting bases and can be ordered with an optional Support Frame of S.S./M.S./Al
Vacuum Accessories:
We provide all vacuum compatible Hardware, Fittings, O rings, gaskets, vacuum grease required for the vacuum application.
We also provide vented hardware which is designed specifically for UHV. It prevents gas pockets from forming, resulting in a quicker pump down of your vacuum chamber.
